What is a focus group?

A focus group is where a market research company will pay you for your opinion on an upcoming product or service.
Why doesn't everyone do this?

Focus groups have been around for close to 60 years but luckily for us, not many people know about it. It is a field that is not heavily advertised and really based on word of mouth or "if you know, you know".
Will I have to pay anything to join these companies?

No. You should never be asked pay to get into a group.
How much money can I make?

That is totally up to you. It is a numbers game. The more surveys you fill out, the more groups you can qualify for. If you fill out surveys at your leisure then you can most likely book around 2-3 groups a week and make close to $1,000 a month. If you treat it like a part-time job and fill out surveys everyday, for upwards of an hour a day, you may book 10-15 groups a month. If you have more free time during the day, you can easily hit closer to $1,500 or more a month since you won’t have to turn down focus groups because of work schedule conflicts. Have your spouse participate as well and you can be looking at closer to $3000 a month!
Do I have to go anywhere?

Not anymore! Now, more and more market research companies are conducting focus groups 100% virtually online.
If I fill out 10 surveys how many will I get?

There is no guarantee, but realistically you should book at least 30% of the opportunities you fill out. So out of 10 surveys, you should qualify and be invited to join 3 of those, and possibly more with our guidance.
Does this course require any prior knowledge or experience?
